Very happy can’t wait for our trip
I dealt with Lauren in the Dereham office, very helpful and worked with me to find the best possible deal at our chosen resort. We ended up changing our original dates so we could fly on a Tui flight we were then able to book our seats as well.
Great experience and can’t wait for our trip to Mexico!!

No Hotel Booking, no customer service
We had had a great holiday with tui in January so used them again to book to go to Italy beginning of June, flight was fine but on Arrival at destination our hours transfer was 3 hours no rep on bus arrived at hotel got off bus to find there was no room booked for us, hotel couldn’t get rep on phone we couldn’t get a reply through the app messenger, in the end we were given a room for the night but next day told there ‘may’ only be a room for us for next 3 nights spent most of our holiday wondering if we were going to have a bed for the night!, had paid a lot extra for a lake view room it was a partial lake view in fact when sat on balcony we mostly looked into apartment in front of us the owner would open window and shout hello. Now I understand things happen in current climate but it’s now 21st July and my complaint in the app still hasn’t been even aknowledged and when I sent a message through social media basically got told tough had to wait, quick to take my money but not quick to sort out issues.

Ok holiday but misleading advert and lack of customer service
2.5 stars in my opinion, selected 3 out of generosity.

Booking on the Tui website is quite simple and easy and all inclusive holidays are quite convenient.

My holiday was ok but it was littered with numerous issues, which i've raised complaints about.

I strongly believe Tui falsely misadvertised the facilities of my hotel on their site e.g. i paid for an official 4 star hotel but in reality it was 3 as my room hadn't been vacuumed. On tui.com it says free wifi in rooms but whilst at the actual hotel, wifi was only available in the lobby. It also states a free shuttle bus service to the beach which never existed.

I also had issues contacting them whilst on holiday. They have travel reps whilst on holiday but i never managed to see one. I used their '24/7' messenger app where they say they hope to get back in 30 minutes for any issues you may have. I used the app 3 times and their response times are awful, for 2 of my queries it took longer than 48 hours for them to even get back to me which is appalling.

Air stewardess assaults passenger

Tui flight to cancun 4/4/22-Flight number 192 Manchester to cancun.

I'd like to say firstly it has taken a lot to beable to even write this review as this has been very distressing and impacted me greatly.


We were going to mexico and the passenger next to me his seat was not in the upright position but mine was. The airstewardess pushed me forwards to fix the other person's seat. The air stewardess didn't say excuse me or apologise. The air stewardess instead chose to physically assault me. The airstewardess treated me as less than human. I was in absolute shock. I felt like I was treated so badly because of the colour of my skin. As the air stewardess walked away with the trolley she said is everything OK I responded with something along the lines of well it would be if you hadn't just done that to me. She then responded with so much aggression and ill will and mallace in her voice about needing to move the other passengers seat.No apology , no remorse,absolutely unprofessional,aggressive, racially motivated ,uncaring,undignified way of behaving towards a customer and a passenger. I feel like she abused her position of power and the fact that we were on an aircraft and couldn't I just walk away I felt trapped.
The air stewardess didn't treat any other people around my age group (31) that way who had a Caucasian complexion; that is how I knew that it was racially motivated. I am shocked and disgusted that a person like that actually works for TUI. Airlines. Disciplinary action needs to be taken with immediate effect as I donot want anyone else to be physically assaulted by this air stewardess as I feel that she is a danger to the public.
If I was not on an aircraft I would have called the police.
The persons name sounded like
Clara/ ciara or Sara or something like that. Whenever she went past my seat or my mother's seat she made sure to position her body at an angle to hide her name badge and as the air hostesses were saying goodbye to people at the end of the flight she caught sight of me and my mother and walked in the opposite direction so that we would not see her name badge.
I never forget a face.
I never thought that in this day and age and in my wildest dreams in 2022 that an air stewardess would ever treat someone badly because of the colour of their skin.

I expect TUI to update me on what actions have been taken towards stopping this kind of agressive racially motivated behaviour from air stewardesses towards passengers/customers. No one should have to put up with being treated this inhumanely in any way shape or form.
